I know, it's very very very half assed. Joel said the style I drew him in looks like it came out of Pokemon or Padington Bear. D= Padington Bear?!?! Huh?
But I can see where he's coming from with the Pokemon thing... He looks like a gym leader or something. D=

I just felt like drawing my favorite man from MGS.

I plan to draw him properly sometime soon... I've already tried, but I wasn't happy with how it turned out. >> But you'll see soon enough, I think.
